1. General
Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate inventory. However, from time to time there may be discrepancies, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. If this occurs, we will contact you to confirm whether you would prefer to wait for the restocking of the item or receive a store credit instead.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and the destination of the items in the order. Shipping fees are charged at the time of purchase and will be the final price for shipping your order.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time
International orders are typically in transit for 10 business days. Delivery time depends heavily on the shipping method chosen and the supplier of the ordered items.
4.2 Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days after payment. We allow a 24-hour window for possible address modifications.
Our warehouse teams process orders Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.
4.3 Shipping vs. Delivery
Shipping refers to the dispatch of the order from our facility.
Delivery refers to the transit and arrival of the order to the customer’s address.
In rare cases, total delivery time may extend to 5 weeks (including order processing and transit).
If delivery exceeds this time, we offer solutions such as a free reshipment or a store credit worth more than your original order.
If your order confirmation was sent over 5 weeks ago, please reply to the confirmation email or send us a new message.
Include the following information for faster processing:

- A brief summary of the items ordered

4.4 Change of Shipping Address
Address changes can be made anytime before the order has shipped.
4.5 Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only. Courier services are not available for these addresses.
4.6 Military Addresses
We ship to military addresses using USPS only. Courier services are not available for military destinations.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the option to wait for restocking or receive a store credit of higher value than your initial order.
4.8 Delivery Delays
If delivery exceeds the expected time frame, please email us so we can assist you.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link with updates based on the latest information provided by the shipping carrier.
6. Damaged Parcels in Transit
If your parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the package and contacting our support team immediately.
If the parcel was delivered without your presence, please contact us via email with photo evidence.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is already included in the item prices shown on our website at checkout.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be required upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations.
If you refuse to pay these charges, the goods will be returned at your expense. You will receive a refund for the item value only—initial shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we can accept cancellation requests.

9. Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the declared value by the carrier.
Loss is confirmed only when the shipping provider officially declares it.
If tracking shows delivery, it is considered valid—even in the absence of a signature—due to a high number of fraudulent claims.
That said, we are committed to customer satisfaction and may resend your items or offer a gift card of higher value.
9.1 Damaged Parcels
Refunds or replacements follow the procedures set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
9.2 Lost Parcels
If the shipping provider confirms the parcel is lost, we will resend the order or issue a store credit exceeding the original order amount.
