Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you change your mind within 24 hours on a weekday after placing your order, we will issue a full refund immediately.
We process orders only 24 hours after they are placed to allow time for any corrections or cancellations. Once this time has passed and your order has been processed, we can no longer refund it for a change of mind unless the product is delivered, received, and returned to the address we will provide.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and returned at your expense to the return address we will give you.
Some types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary items. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
To process a return, we will verify your order using your order number and/or the information used when placing your order, such as your email address.
For your return to be validated, there are two possible methods:

We confirm receipt of the return at the address we provided (note: it must not be sent to the manufacturer).

You provide us with a scan or photo proving that the return has been sent (a postal receipt or shipping confirmation is acceptable).
In some cases, we may ask you to wait until we receive the return package rather than providing proof of shipment, especially if an inspection is necessary before a refund is processed.
If you claim the product is damaged and request a refund but refuse to send a photo, you will be required to return the item to a specified address for inspection.
Once the package is received, a thorough inspection will take place. If the product is found to be in good condition, we will notify you with photos and/or videos, and the refund will be denied.
We understand this may seem strict, but due to past dishonest claims, we can no longer operate on trust alone. We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that we do our best to handle each return and refund fairly.
A €2 processing fee per order will be deducted from all refunds to cover platform and payment processor fees.
Refund Approval Process
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. This may take some time, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Processing time can vary depending on your institution.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact our customer service team. They will ask if you have completed the steps above and, if so, verify the status in our system.
Sale Items
If applicable, refunds for discounted items will be based on the actual purchase price paid, not the original (non-discounted) price.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us to request an exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, we will issue the refund to the original buyer, who will then be informed of your return.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item worth €30 or more, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
