8. Performance of Services
The company commits to delivering services within the stated timeframe. If a delay is not attributable to the company (customer error, force majeure), Scale Ing Limited cannot be held liable.
9. Claims
Claim window: 14 days after the service. Requests must be emailed with supporting documents. After review, a replacement or refund may be offered.
10. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Under Hong Kong regulations, digital services may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once begun. Where a commercial guarantee is offered, it lasts a maximum of 30 days and depends on the customer carrying out the actions described in the product.
